The fee offered in this quotation has a validity period of 21 days. 

Surveys are performed in accordance with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) recommended best practices.  as outlined in the guidance document; Measured Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utilities - 3rd Edition

Surveys are fully connected as standard. Deliverables adhere to British Standard BS1192:2007 specification for CAD and BIM, issued in AutoCAD .DWG / Revit .RVT and .PDF file formats as standard.

This quotation assumes full and unhindered access for the duration of the survey and is required to achieve the best possible results.
Action to reduce/remove obscured features should be undertaken prior to or during the survey. It may be dealt with by the Surveyor only if practicable and at their discretion.

Please note that we require formal instruction to proceed from the paying Client before any work can commence.If the party responsible for payment is not named on this quotation, please provide the correct invoicing and contact details upon acceptance.

Geo Scan holds up to £1,000,000 in Professional Indemnity cover. Certificates can be supplied on request.

Typical lead time is 10-12 working days from the date of instruction however, we may sometimes be able to mobilise sooner. 
Please contact Geo Scan following approval for up-to-date information regarding lead times.

A reservation deposit may be required to secure your booking and to cover mobilisation costs. This will be deducted from the final invoice amount. Payments accepted via Bank Transfer, PayPal & Stripe. 0% Interest and installments plans are availble.
